Kaplan Property Solutions is looking for a skilled and experienced Property Consultant to join our London-based team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in real estate and construction, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their property goals. This role is a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes for residential properties, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Conduct property viewings, providing prospective buyers or tenants with in-depth insights and information on listings.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored property solutions.

Stay informed on real estate market trends, performing ongoing market research to offer clients accurate, current advice.

Facilitate negotiations and finalise property transactions, managing all legal and financial aspects with precision.

Prepare, review, and manage all necessary contracts, agreements, and transaction documentation.

Coordinate ongoing property maintenance and organise emergency repairs for managed properties.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of Kaplan Property Solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in the real estate sector, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and dependable.

Fluent in English and professional Turkish.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
